We wipe counters and stovetops, sanitize tubs, showers, and toilets, vacuum carpets and rugs, mop hard floors, dust surfaces and baseboards, make beds, take out trash, and tidy living spaces. It's the everyday refresh that keeps a home spotless — the same checklist every time.

What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

Inside the fridge, oven, and cabinets is available on request. Deep cleans run 4–8 hours.

You can reschedule or cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee, because we've already reserved your cleaner's time. How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Log in to your dashboard to reschedule, pause, or cancel any recurring booking in a couple of taps. For one-time cleans, reply to your confirmation text or email at least 24 hours ahead. You can also call or text 613-854-6086. There's no charge to move a clean as long as you give us a day's notice.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Every Christeen cleaner arrives with everything needed — vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, and eco-friendly products. You don't need to provide a thing. If you'd prefer we use a specific product or your own vacuum, just note it when booking and we'll follow your instructions. Supplies are restocked before each visit, so nothing is ever forgotten or runs out mid-clean.
